I got my lenses in and they were better than I expected. I checked them closely because I’m picky about tiny scratches and little specks on the edges, but I didn’t see any weird marks or cloudy spots. They fit fine, the vision is clear, and even the finish around the edges looked clean. Happy with them overall

"Found my lenses without the hassle"
I ended up ordering from Lens Experts because they actually had my contact lenses in stock when a couple of other sites didn’t. that was the biggest win for me 🙂
The website was easy enough to use, and I found my usual brand quickly. Some sections didn’t have a ton of options, but luckily the ones I needed were there.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the availability was great, but I do wish the restock info was a little clearer on some products. Overall though, I’m happy with the experience.

"Easy order, no hassle"
I ordered my lenses through LensExperts it was a smooth experience. The site was easy to figure out, I found the lenses I needed without much searching, and adding my prescription details didn’t feel complicated at all.
Checkout was quick, and I got the confirmation email right away, which made me feel good about the order. No weird steps or frustrating parts, so I’m happy with how it went and would definitely use them again.

"My order arrived on time, so..."
My order arrived on time, so that part was fine, but I’m not sure these lenses are authentic. The box didn’t look quite like the ones I usually buy in store, and the lenses felt a little off when I wore them. I reached out to customer support with a basic request, just asking for some reassurance or more info, but it felt like they ignored the actual question and sent back a generic reply. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but the whole thing made me lose trust.

I went on lensexperts.com because their promo banner made it seem like I was about to save a decent amount. I mean, that’s kind of the whole reason I even checked them out in the first place.
Then I got to checkout and, of course, the discount didn’t apply to the lenses I actually needed. The details weren’t super obvious upfront either, so it felt like they made it look better than it really was.
I asked customer service and they basically just said my lenses weren’t eligible. The site isn’t terrible or anything, but I do think the promo setup was kind of misleading, and that’s on them.

"Ordering contacts was more frustrating than it should be"
I was just trying to order contacts, but the site made it way more of a hassle than I expected. Pages were loading slowly, some of the filters didn’t seem to work right, and I had to keep going back because things I entered didn’t save. The most annoying part was that when I ran into issues, it didn’t really feel like anyone took ownership or cared to help fix the problem. I did eventually get through it, but a simple order took way longer than it should have.

"Rough packaging and bad timing"
The box showed up crushed, which was annoying, especially since it arrived at the worst possible time when I really needed the lenses. Thankfully the lenses inside were fine, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from lensexperts.com and the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking but it just sat there with no updates for days. I needed my lenses sooner, so it ended up being frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if I was in a rush

"Refund took longer than I expected"
The return process was more of a hassle than I thought it would be. I had to email them twice, and I think it took almost three weeks after they received the glasses for the refund to come through. They did end up refunding me, so that part was fine, but the wait and lack of updates were frustrating.

"Prescription was mostly alright"
My glasses showed up in decent time, so no big deal there. The prescription just feels a little wonky in one eye, though. It’s not awful and I can still wear them, but they’re not as clear as my old pair. Probably fine as a backup pair, tbh.

"Got it fixed, but I had to push a bit"
Support did eventually sort out the issue with my order, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the replies were slow, and after waiting a while I felt like I had to follow up more than I should’ve and basically escalate it to get things moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and the problem did get fixed, but I really hope they speed up their response time next time.
